Blue Pearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in Tampa, FL, is seeking dedicated Emergency Clinicians to join our highly skilled and collaborative team. This is your chance to practice cutting-edge emergency medicine in one of the most dynamic veterinary hospitals in the region.

You ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with more than 45 emergency and board-certified or board-eligible veterinarians across a wide range of specialties—including internal medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, surgery, oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, and cardiology. Many of our specialists and technicians have been with Blue Pearl for 10-20 years, bringing unmatched expertise, mentorship, and a culture that truly feels like family. With such a deep bench of experts, you ll always have the support you need—even on the toughest cases.

Our 16,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art facility is open 24/7/365 and fully equipped to handle emergencies of every kind. Here, you ll have access to:

• CT scanner, ultrasound, fluoroscopy & echocardiography
• Linear accelerator (LINAC) & oncology suite
• Endoscopy and advanced surgical capabilities
• Digital radiography & access to MRI
• A full-time blood bank with a robust donor program that supports both our patients and regional hospitals
