• Assist physician and RNs in the care of patients by performing duties such as administering chemotherapy agents
• Preparing chemotherapy agents
• Patient assessments/triage
• Medical record documentation
• Patient/family education

• Active Florida LPN license required.
• Experience in IV therapy in clinic or hospital is preferred.
• Prior oncology experience preferred.
• 30‑hour IV certification course or completion within 90 days of employment.
• Current CPR certification required.
• BLS required upon hire or to be obtained within 30 days of employment (FCS will provide BLS course within first 30 days).
• Fluency in English, excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license in the resident state to travel to clinics.

All offers of employment are contingent upon a thorough background screening. Additionally, new hires must receive vaccinations, including influenza vaccine (unless exempt).
