We are looking for experienced Registered Psych Nurses to provide the highest quality of care for our home health patients in a professional and compassionate manner. You will work with other disciplines needed to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate with their primary Doctor, Clinical Team Manager, and other team members to manage the patient’s care. Responsibilities- Provide high-quality psychiatric and behavioral health nursing care to home health patients in accordance with physician orders and patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, act as a patient advocate, and communicate with primary physicians, Clinical Team Managers, and other team members to manage care plans.
- Demonstrate initiative and independent judgment in patient assessment, planning, and execution of care.
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Minimum 1 year (BSN) or 2 years (ASN) Behavioral Health/Psych nursing experience and/or certification required.
- 1 year of experience in Acute Care and/or Med-Surg preferred
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
