We Are Seeking a Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) To Provide Exceptional Care For Postoperative Observation Patients Requiring Overnight Hospital Stays. The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate Expertise In

• Pain management and patient comfort
• Patient education to support recovery and self‑care
• Drain care and postoperative monitoring
• Effective communication skills with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Proficiency in admission and discharge processes
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport

This role requires a nurse who is empathetic, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering safe, high‑quality care in a supportive environment.

• Education:
  
  BSN with 1 year of relevant experience or ASN with 1 year of relevant experience may be considered.
• Licensure:
  Current Florida RN license.
• Certification:
  Basic Life Support (BLS).
