Salary Range: $30.00 – $42.00/hour (based on experience) |
Shift Differentials: Nights +$4.75/hour | Weekends +$3.00/hour
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (paid in 6-month increments)

A respected 290-bed acute care hospital in the Hudson area is seeking Med Surg Registered Nurses to join its growing team. The hospital is home to a nationally acclaimed Heart Institute and serves as a Level II Trauma Center, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Monitor and record patient condition and progress.
- Provide patient and family education regarding medications, procedures, and discharge care.
- Active Florida RN license or multistate compact RN license (Florida RN required within 90 days of hire).
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred).
- BLS certification (AHA) required within 30 days of hire.
- 2–3 years of recent LTACH or acute care experience preferred (will train LTACH nurses).
- Onsite interviews are required.
