• RN independently cares for a sub-specialty group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards
• RN delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
• RN is responsible for professional accountability and development according to best practice standards set forth by a nationally recognized specialty organization
• RN also performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned

For this position, we prefer at least 18 months of acute care experience with 1 year RN experience in Endoscopy, Pre Op and PACU, or Critical Care. This is a PRN position that will be focused on Pre Op and PACU. Pre Op and PACU experience is strongly preferred.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
• Preferred Nurse Specialty

• Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing

• Required 1 year acute care experience or 1 year interventional / procedural experience or 6 months RN acute care or interventional / procedural experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment.
• Preferred Experience includes 1 year Interventional/Perioperative Internship.
