Qualifications- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses transferred to the state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);
Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire, if needed. - TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
