RN - Registered Nurse - Ortho
Bay Care Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Medical/Surgical Orthopedics team at St. Joseph’s Hospital

This is a medical/surgical unit with a focus on orthopedic surgery and trauma patients. Their goal is to deliver quality care and to delight their patients showing a strong display of teamwork.
- Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
- Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
- Professional accountability and development.
- Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
- RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
- ACLS Certification, if required by department
- Nurse Specialty certification is preferred
- Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
- Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred
- 2 years of RN experience is required.
