Hours:

M-F 8am - 5pm;
Weekend on-call rotation.

• Other duties as assigned.
• Develop professional and clinical skills through attendance at staff development meetings, pertinent educational activities, and professional affiliations.
• Participate in the review process and the agency performance improvement program.
• Provide patient education, medication administration, wound dressing changes, and ostomy care as directed by the RN and ordered by the physician.
• Display flexibility in accepting assignment changes and participate in weekend/after‑hours coverage and call rotation.

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required).
• Technical/Vocational School (Required).
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement.
• Driver's License (DL) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
• IV Certified (IV) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – EV Accredited Issuing Body.
