• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
• RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
• ACLS Certification if required by department
• RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire/promotion; certification must be RN Professional, nationally recognized and applicable to the current primary area of practice on the approved Clinical Registered Nurse Certifications Grid.
• RN Specialty certification is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, BS in a health‑care related field, or RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification is required within 7 months of hire/promotion

• 2 years of RN experience is required
• 1 year of leadership experience is preferred
