This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, Monday through Friday, with possible variations based on office needs.

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to provide quality care for patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in infusion therapy and home health care, with the ability to manage various patient diagnoses and perform a range of nursing tasks.

• Conduct cardiopulmonary assessments and provide general medical care.
• Manage wound care including dressing changes and the use of wound vacs.
• Administer IV medications and manage PICC line or Midline care.
• Perform Foley catheter insertion and care.
• Conduct lab draws and blood glucose monitoring.
• Provide post-operative care and assist with rehabilitation needs.
• Document visits and patient progress in the relevant charting systems.

• At least 1 year of home health care experience.
• Infusion therapy experience is required.
• OASIS training and experience.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits.
• COVID-19 vaccination required, with exemptions allowed per policy.
