Bay Care Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Pool RNs to join our outstanding and compassionate team at St Joseph's Behavioral Health Center in Tampa, FL!

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.

• Location: St Joseph's Behavioral Health Center - Tampa, FL
• Status: Pool, 4 shifts within 6 weeks minimum
• Non‑Exempt: No
• Schedule: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Shift: Nights
• Weekend Work: Occasional
• On Call: No

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Nurse Specialty – preferred

• Associate's or Diploma in Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's in Nursing

• Required 2 years RN experience in an Acute Care Setting
