Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at Advent Health Tampa in Tampa, Florida!
Minimum CRNA experience of 3 years required; previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full‑time opportunity to join the well‑established group of 21 physicians and 52 APPs. This well‑respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides a full range of anesthesia services for adults and children, including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical care.
Vice Chief CRNA Duties- Scheduling
- Staff development
- Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and attend recruiting events
- Liaison with hospital leaders
- Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
- Participate in leadership and development activities
- Assist Chief CRNA with performance reviews
- Orientation and onboarding of new hires
- Newly Increased Compensation!
- $75,000 Start Date Bonus with 3‑year commitment

- ACT: 21 physicians and 52 APPs
- 600‑bed hospital
- Case mix: everything except trauma and transplants
- Shared staffing with Advent Health Wesley Chapel and Advent Health Carrollwood
- Flexible scheduling; various shift options (8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 24 hours)
- Minimal beeper call from home; 30‑minute callback; call shared evenly
- OT opportunities available if desired
