CRNA Chief Assistant

Envision Healthcare is seeking a qualified CRNA with strong leadership skills to join our team at Advent Health Tampa in Tampa, Florida!

Minimum CRNA experience of 3 years required; previous leadership experience preferred. This is a full‑time opportunity to join the well‑established group of 21 physicians and 52 APPs. This well‑respected anesthesia team has been in existence for over 30 years and provides a full range of anesthesia services for adults and children, including general, regional, cardiac, and obstetrical care.

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, and attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Assist Chief CRNA with performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires

• Minimal beeper call from home; 30‑minute callback; call shared evenly
• OT opportunities available if desired
