We are currently seeking an Assistant Patient Care Manager for our Infusion Clinic located at our South Shore campus. The Assistant Patient Care Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day supervision of nursing operations, ensuring quality care for patients and their families, mentoring staff, serving as a resource, and providing support on clinical nursing issues while meeting departmental, nursing, and organizational goals.

They also oversee clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.

• Supervise day‑to‑day nursing operations in the clinic.
• Ensure quality patient and family care.
• Mentor, serve as a resource, and provide support to staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues.
• Meet department, nursing, and organizational goals.
• Oversee clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.

• Minimum Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an Associate’s Degree with BSN to be completed within 4 years from date of hire.
• Preferred Education:
  
  Master of Nursing.
• Licensure:
  Current Florida Nursing license and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum Experience:
  
  3 years nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
• Preferred:
  Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced nursing skills including IV therapy, emergency intervention, and teaching skills.
• Demonstrated competency in inpatient and outpatient best practices.
