Job Title: Donor Database Coordinator

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented database manager to join our Philanthropy Department. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our donor database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and providing critical insights to support our fundraising efforts. The Philanthropy Department is responsible for raising the funds necessary to keep our services free to the Tampa Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Management: Oversee the daily operation of our donor database, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Regularly update donor information, track donations, and manage data imports and exports.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports to support fundraising strategies and provide insights into donor behavior and trends.
  • Donor Relations: Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to enhance donor engagement and retention through targeted communication and personalized outreach.
  • System Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to database processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure all data management practices comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in database management, preferably in a non-profit or fundraising environment.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in database software, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
