, Tiktok Content Creator executes Tik Tok content strategies that build Ashley's brand presence and drive meaningful engagement. This role focuses on developing culturally relevant content that resonates with Tik Tok's audience, growing our community, and positioning Ashley as an authentic and aspirational brand. You'll combine creative content strategy with hands-on execution, supporting campaigns that connect with our audience in ways that feel natural to the platform while elevating our organic social presence.

Ashley's organic social success requires sophisticated content execution that elevates the brand above category expectations, driving cultural relevance and premium brand perception through innovative storytelling approaches and specialized platform expertise. This role ensures that Tik Tok content positions Ashley as a leader in lifestyle and design that transforms how consumers perceive the brand.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement elevated content strategies for Tik Tok, that showcase Ashley as a design-forward, culturally relevant brand.
- Have a strong understanding of how Meta's social media platforms work and the ability to adapt and repurpose content originally created for Tik Tok when needed.
- Support day-to-day content workflows and publishing schedules that consistently position Ashley as an aspirational brand.
- Execute content calendar management that ensures cohesive brand elevation and messaging across all organic touchpoints.
- Provide social media expertise that elevates broader marketing campaigns and brand initiatives through social integration.
- Execute on-location and in-store video shoots that elevate brand perception through sophisticated composition, lighting awareness, and storytelling techniques optimized for social-first formats.
- Travel to on-site events, store openings, influencer events and brand activations across the United States to capture real-time content that showcases Ashley's cultural presence and community engagement.
- Build and nurture authentic Tik Tok community relationships that elevate brand perception through strategic engagement, responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
- Monitor social conversations and brand mentions, identifying opportunities for brand elevation through organic engagement and thought leadership.
- Analyze content performance trends to identify brand elevation opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Understand and optimize for Tik Tok Live shopping opportunities, staying current on live-selling best practices, platform features (Tik Tok Shop integration, product tagging), and emerging social commerce trends to position Ashley for future live-stream retail initiatives.
- Stay current on platform updates and emerging social media trends to maintain Ashley's elevated position and competitive advantage.
- Execute testing of new content formats and features that elevate brand presentation and optimize premium brand performance.
- Identify and implement trending topics and cultural moments that align with Ashley's brand voice and positioning.
- 1-2 years in social media marketing with demonstrated expertise in brand building.
- Advanced experience with social media management platforms, analytics tools, and elevated content creation software.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, luxury, or premium consumer brands with understanding of brand elevation and cultural positioning.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to drive brand initiatives across cross-functional teams.
