Advida is a performance-marketing agency that partners with leading direct-to-consumer brands in the health, wellness, and pet-care space, generating tens of millions in annual revenue across paid media.
We’re seeking a Senior Native Ads Media Buyer with deep experience managing large-scale native traffic across platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent, and similar networks. This role requires a strong analytical foundation, creative testing mindset, and the ability to scale profitable advertorial and VSL funnels at volume.

What You’ll Be Doing- Plan, launch, and scale native advertising campaigns across platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent, and other premium native networks
- Own high-volume budgets — manage pacing, control CPAs, ensure profitability, and allocate spend strategically across multiple offers and funnels
- Collaborate on creative testing — work closely with copywriters, designers, and video teams to develop high-converting advertorials, thumbnails, headlines, and pre-lander concepts
- Analyze performance data deeply — monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, scroll depth, time on page, and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities
- Continuously test and optimize — run structured A/B tests on headlines, images, landing pages, advertorial angles, and audience segments
- Lead native strategy development — translate campaign insights into scaling strategies and creative direction for internal teams and clients
- Team collaboration — partner with the broader media buying team to share learnings, improve SOPs, and raise overall performance standards
- Client communication — participate in internal and client-facing performance reviews, presenting results, challenges, insights, and next-step strategies
- 3+ years of hands‑on native advertising experience
- Proven ability to manage and scale high‑spend accounts (6–7 figures monthly)
- Deep experience with platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent, Yahoo Native, or similar networks
- Strong understanding of direct-response KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, RPM, AOV, funnel metrics)
- High attention to detail and disciplined campaign management habits
- Experience working with advertorial funnels, pre‑landers, VSLs, and offer testing frameworks
- Experience running Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, or You Tube
- Background in DTC performance marketing (health, wellness, supplements, pet, or finance niches)
- Familiarity with tracking platforms (Voluum, Red Track, Triple Whale, Hyros, GA4)
- Salary Range: $70,000 base plus performance bonus
- Performance‑based bonuses tied to scaling and profitability
- Fully remote
