As a Client Marketing Coordinator
, you’ll manage marketing communications and campaigns that support Corestream’s wide range of voluntary benefit programs. You’ll act as a key liaison between our internal teams, carriers, and clients—overseeing campaign timelines, approvals, and execution to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
This role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment.
Location- Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL, but with a significant population of remote employees based all over the country, being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply!
- Serve as the main point of contact for Account Managers on client marketing needs, coordinating deliverables and timelines across multiple stakeholders.
- Manage numerous concurrent client campaigns, maintaining detailed tracking and ensuring deadlines and approvals are met.
- Support the execution and reporting of digital and print marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, and educational materials.
- Collect, proof, and update marketing content (no heavy copywriting required).
- Partner with carriers and providers to gather, review, and organize marketing assets.
- Maintain accurate project notes and updates within shared tracking systems.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; able to prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Experience with digital and print marketing deliverables.
- Familiarity with Adobe products (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Ability to proof and edit copy for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Basic HTML knowledge a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and results.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced, and dynamic team environment.
- Experience with voluntary benefits (e.g., critical illness, accident insurance, legal plans, pet insurance, etc.).
- Experience at a technology or SaaS company.
- Prior experience in eCommerce or B2C marketing.
