WhatYou’ll Be Responsible For
We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution for Circle’s payments products. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Business Development, Marketing teams, and other cross‑functional roles to bring new global payment products and solutions to market by focusing on the intersection of traditional finance and onchain programmable payments – powered by stable coins.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, marketers, and customer‑facing teams to develop, position, and launch products globally.
- Drive go‑to‑market excellence, including market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact.
- Craft compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement, differentiation, and long‑term growth.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts, providing in‑depth analysis and strategic positioning to ensure Circle’s payments products stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop data‑driven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Steer high‑impact strategic initiatives, driving cross‑functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence.
- 8+ years in B2B Product Marketing or an equivalent role, where you owned product GTM strategy and execution.
- 4+ years of experience across fintech, payments, or financial services with a demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up in new industries and apply insight to product and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals, including how stable coins, payments infrastructure, or crypto rails work in practice.
- Curiosity and resilience, continuously seeking opportunities to learn and grow; comfortable with change and bringing structure to ambiguity through thoughtful prioritization and rapid execution.
- Excellent at turning complexity into clarity, developing positioning and messaging that resonate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, and confident presenting to diverse audiences.
- Proactive team player who communicates clearly and drives cross‑functional execution.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration to align on priorities, unblock execution, and deliver seamless customer experiences across product, sales, and marketing touchpoints.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize market trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback within a focused domain.
Base Pay Range: $185,000 - $237,500
