CNC Programmer

Location: Tampa, FL

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs to support efficient and high-quality production. This role requires strong programming skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production leadership.

• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for milling and/or turning operations

• Program using Fusion 360 (required) and ESPRIT (required)

• Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies

• Support shop floor operations by troubleshooting programs and resolving machining issues

• Review blueprints, CAD models, and specifications to ensure accurate programming

• Improve cycle times, tool life, and overall machining efficiency

• Work closely with CNC machinists to ensure smooth program execution

• Maintain program documentation and revision control

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Minimum of 3 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment

• Fusion 360 experience is required

• ESPRIT programming experience is required

• Strong understanding of CNC milling and/or turning processes

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

• Knowledge of tooling, fixturing, and machining best practices

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in aerospace, foundry, or high-precision manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with multi-axis machining (3, 4, or 5-axis)

• Experience working with tight tolerances and complex parts

• Manufacturing / shop floor environment

• May require standing, walking, and lifting within safety guidelines
