Our client is a global leader in manufacturing CNC machines and is looking to hire Field Services Engineers in Colorado and Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting clients with preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting with installations of CNC machines.

Required Technology and Skills- 6+ years of experience doing field service work on CNC machines
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC systems, CNC programming
- Manage customer satisfaction regarding service quality and response time
- Provide support to their distribution network which includes machine installation and field service support
- Read and follow tool layouts and NC Code
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calibers, levels and micrometers
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience
- MS Office, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to travel throughout the territory up to 65% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working on 5-axis machines
- Siemens
- Experience with assembly equipment or robotic cells
- $45-50/hr
- Overtime
