As a Fulfillment Lead for Cirkul you will be responsible for driving production and ensuring employees meet shift goals within the fulfillment department. This role will support the shift supervisor to ensure all employees are trained and have proper daily communication.

• Driving Results: Enforce product quality standards/SOPs at all times and output standards set by each department area.
• Taking Ownership:Coach employees on company standards, report on daily attendance, and production goals.
• Making Decisions:Train employees on best practices within the packaging department.
• Cultivating Relationships:Work in a friendly, team environment with a focus on driving production.
• Instilling Trust:Monitor daily inventory and supply counts, report downtimes to leadership and maintenance to ensure timely resolution.
• Customer Focus: Hit daily production targets and complete each individual task in an effective and timely manner.

• 1-2 years of leadership experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Excel
• Basic root cause analysis knowledge preferred
• Intermediate mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Experience utilizing warehouse equipment
• Willingness to work hard and demonstrate resilience.
• A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
