The pay rate for this job is $15 - $16 / hour*

• Workers will be responsible for preparing and finishing signage, including taping sign edges, measuring and marking grommet placement, and installing grommets using hand tools or machines

• Candidates must ensure grommets are evenly spaced, securely fastened, and meet quality standards

• Additional responsibilities include inspecting finished signs for defects, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and following all safety guidelines

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

• Ability to accurately tape, measure, and install grommets on signage

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

• Motivated and proactive; willing to assist in other areas as needed

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

• Capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

• Basic hand-tool experience preferred but not required

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical tasks

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• This role requires individuals who take initiative, are motivated and proactive, and are willing to assist wherever needed on the production floor

• Ideal candidates maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while staying productive are essential
