Job Description
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Waste Sorting Associates to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining an efficient recycling operation by ensuring materials are properly sorted and handled. If you enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day, this position may be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities- Sort recyclable materials and refuse on a designated processing line
- Identify and separate recyclable items from general waste
- Lift and move bins weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stand and perform repetitive tasks for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines
