Industrial Maintenace Mechanic

Overview

Our client, a leader in the beverage industry, is seeking an Industrial Equipment Technician to join their team. As an Industrial Equipment Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Industrial Equipment Technician

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Rate: $28/hour

Shift: 6pm-6am on a 2-2-3 rotation

• Responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines and facilitating change-over.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Overhaul and install new equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts as necessary to maintain production efficiency.
• Perform facility maintenance and maintain a clean and safe work area.

• At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.
• Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to follow manufacturers' specifications and schematics.
• Required to supply hand tools for maintenance tasks.
