Production Lead

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Production Lead to support daily manufacturing/production operations in our Tampa Bay facility. This role is responsible for leading production team members, ensuring schedules are met, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting continuous workflow on the floor. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support production team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure production goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to maintain efficiency
• Train and coach employees on standard operating procedures and safety practices
• Enforce company policies, safety rules, and quality standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Collaborate with supervisors and management to improve processes and performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or associate degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Prior lead, team lead, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of production processes, safety, and quality standards
• Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
