At Diverzify+ and our Family of Brands, our Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, accurately pulling and tagging materials using scanning technology, and organizing outbound shipments. They ensure product accuracy, maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow organizational standards, and use problem‑solving skills as needed. The role also involves contributing to team goals and performing basic math for unit conversions.
Job Responsibilities- Load and unload trucks and inspect product for accuracy.
- Properly pull materials according to picking tickets by checking manufacture tags, warehouse tags and using logic and problem‑solving skills when a problem should arise.
- Tag inbound material and use RF Scanner to scan inbound material to appropriate locations and verify quantities are accurate.
- Organize outbound material in proper staging areas; this frequently includes restacking materials from larger pallets onto smaller pallets.
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, staging areas, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping. supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform simple math conversions to understand units of measure.
- High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience in a similar role).
- Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move products weighing 50 pounds unassisted. Typically bends, stoops, and/or crouches on a regular basis from various heights to stock or remove products. Must be able to climb steps.
- Steel toe or composite toe boots are required.
- Minimum 1 year sit down forklift experience.
- Basic PC skills with knowledge of MS Office Products.
