• Cut, shape, and assemble metal components to construct various structures and products according to blueprints and job specifications, for commercial roofing systems.
• Review job files to ensure all project-specific details are followed accurately.
• Regularly inspect tools, equipment, and machinery; perform routine maintenance as needed to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Carry out basic repairs and upkeep on fabrication tools and equipment.
• Verify that all finished products meet established quality standards and project requirements.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members in sheet metal fabrication processes for commercial roofing applications.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications accurately.
• Experience with computerized sheet metal folder (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in fabrication and machine operation (preferred).
• Forklift certification (preferred).
• Must be able to climb a ladder; position may require lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Must be able to work outside in all elements (heat, cold, rain).

• Work is performed in a warehouse environment with varying environmental temperature conditions; must be able to work in extreme hot and cold.
• Repetitive bending, squatting, twisting, and infrequent lifting up to 120 lbs; frequent lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
• Operating heavy equipment is required regularly.
• Perform work in a fast‑paced environment with precise production standards.
• Repetitive finger/hand/forearm motion
  
  Glyph necessary for fabricating metal used in the production of a commercial roof.
• May be required to climb ladders for accessing a roofyeur during quality inspection or installation. Exposure to heights.
• Must be able to wear a full body harness for fall protection when necessary.
• Must be able to wear a respirator when necessary due to the environment.
