Operator III; Third Shift

Operator III (Sunday-Thursday Third Shift) – Synergetics

Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
Start Pay Range: $17.50

Location: Tampa, FL

Responsibilities:

• Operates automated aseptic filling line equipment (ointment and basic solution/suspension).
• Transfers components into the aseptic area.
• Maintains production area to prevent cross‑contamination (line clearance).
• Disinfects aseptic filling lines after each run and performs line clearance.
• Operates Continuous Particle Monitoring System.
• Responsible for maintaining OEE (system entry and standards).
• Properly documents all activities and operations correctly and on time in the batch record.
• Meets and maintains all required training during the year (SOP, EHS, and HR).
• Supports operational excellence and EHS initiatives.
• Assumes responsibility for the GMP, ISO, EHS awareness and compliance within the area.
• Attends and participates in OpEx improvement initiatives such as reducing costs and improving OEE.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Internal Qualifications /

Certifications:

• Line Clearance
• Aseptic Gowning
• LOTO
• Disinfection
• CPMS

Qualifications / Training:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work quickly and under pressure.
• Good documentation and math skills.
• Detail oriented and quality conscious.
• Team oriented and excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
