• Safely operate heavy equipment including payloader, skid loader, and forklift.
• Assist with routine industrial maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Comply with all safety and environmental policies.
• Work outdoors occasionally in varying weather conditions.

• High School Diploma or GED (required);
  Associate degree in Process Technology or related discipline (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
• Comfortable with basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Ability to make operational judgments while distributing materials or operating equipment.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as payloader and skid loader.
• 1–2 years in an industrial, chemical, or manufacturing setting.
• Exposure to industrial maintenance tasks (e.g., basic mechanical repairs, equipment inspections).
