Structural Fitter Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Fitter to join our team, responsible for utilizing drawings to fit and assemble structural steel products for a variety of industrial projects. This role involves participating in the layout and assembly of structural components for steel fabrication, ensuring that all established fabrication procedures are followed.

Shift: First shift 6am-2:30pm M-F

Pay: $28 - $32 to start!

• Utilize drawings to fit and assemble structural steel products.
• Participate in the layout and assembly of structural components for steel fabrication.
• Read and understand drawings, codes, and specifications.
• Ensure all established fabrication procedures are followed.
• Fit to D1.1 and D1.5 bridge code standards.
• Fit vessels/tanks to specified codes.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and structural steel assembly.
• 3-5 years of experience in FCAW welding.
• 3-5 years of experience in structural fitting.
• 3-5 years of experience in fabrication.

• Candidate must successfully pass a drawing test before employment is offered.
• 3 years of experience in the structural steel fabrication industry.
• Ability to perform each essential duty above average and represent the company in a professional manner.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
