• Use precision measurement tools to verify product specifications and ensure high‑quality standards.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance and upkeep of shop tools and equipment.
• Record daily production activity using internal systems and support the team in achieving production goals.
• Uphold all quality and safety standards while continuously improving your technical skills under mentorship from experienced tradespeople.

• Strong attention to detail and a natural mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently with your hands and demonstrate reliability and follow‑through.
