Entry Level Avionics Technician

• Qualifications: Looking for candidates with 6 months+ of electronics assembly or cables experience.

Shift Availability: 1st and 2nd shifts, Monday – Thursday, 4x10 hour schedule.

Hours:

5:00am – 3:30pm or 3:30pm – 2:00am.

• Pay: $18 - $30 per hour based on experience.
• Contract Duration: 12 – 18 months to hire.

  Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Job Description:

• Perform tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly on electronic and mechanical assemblies such as cables, wires, and harnesses.
• Follow wire diagrams and work instructions, make initial layouts, and use hand and power tools.
• Wire routing, stripping, crimping, soldering.
• Conduct continuity checks on work in process and completed assemblies.
• Perform quality inspections according to specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies under simulated conditions.
• Higher experience and IPC 620 certification may justify higher pay.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a Contract to Hire position lasting approximately one year, based in Oldsmar, Florida.
