OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator working in a steel manufacturing facility to join our dynamic team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, operating CNC machines and roll formers to produce high-quality components for steel deck and accessories. If you have a passion for precision machining and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce steel parts
- Operate roll formers to produce steel panels
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
