Senior Materials Planner

This is a 100% in-office position in Tampa, FL. This is not a remote role.

Determine Materials requirements for production of finished goods product. Place requisitions to acquire components in a timely manner to achieve manufacturing schedules.

• Review of MRP requirements and determine the component requirements to satisfy the production schedule.
• Expedite and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Maintenance of the ERP consisting of master data content updates for components such as lead time, minimum order quantities, etc.
• Work closely with Production planners communicating and material availability issues.
• Work with internal stakeholders managing any updates for artwork and label content changes.
• Manage commercialization of new labeling, pack configurations and product launches.
• Participate in cost reduction projects led by Procurement and Supply Chain.

• BS in Business or Management Sciences, excellent communication skills throughout all levels of the organization.
• Detail oriented with very good organizational skills.
• Computerized MRP systems, MS office products with emphasis on Excel and Power BI.
• Blue Yonder software experience and/or ERPLx required.
• 5-10 years of supply chain/manufacturing experience in pharmaceuticals or other process related industry.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English and possess basic math skills.

Have no corrective actions at the written warning level in last six months / no final warning level in the last 12 months / no active PIP.

Be in your current job for 12 months. Position applying for must be a step up in progression and not a step down.
