Overview
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Senior Business Unit Group Manager for its Tampa, Florida location.
Responsibilities- Analyze business management operating enterprise and assess program regulatory compliance.
- Involved in operational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Review, challenge, and prioritize Risk technology investments.
- Monitor end-to-end Risk technology investment cycle and cross risk stripe prioritization to focus on the most critical projects.
- Drive consolidation of Tableau infrastructure identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency, automate functionalities, and enhance UI within data and reporting infrastructure.
- Identify cross-cutting synergies and reduce overlap in product roadmap features across Risk.
- Ensure Risk stripes are accountable for dollars spent.
- Collaborate to monitor Risk Technology Investment Forum and review and approve change requests.
- Measure progress and return on investments.
- Involved in OCC and FRB Consent Order monitoring and regulatory remediation initiatives.
- Deliver against Risk’s regulatory commitments within EUC program.
- Represent Risk at the Enterprise Steering Committee influencing program direction and strategy.
- Contribute to solutions to strategic migration programs of complex technological tools.
- Partner with technology to design and deploy technology applications that govern self-serve applications in Tableau, Xceptor and Appian, to deliver core capabilities required including reporting, workflow, data integration and model development.
- Partner with technology and risk use case owners to migrate legacy use cases into ITeSS platform to bring them into compliance with the Standard.
- Involved in accounting, financial monitoring, and budget management.
- Prepare communication materials and strategies for stakeholders including regulators.
- A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
- Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field and 4 years of experience as a Business Unit Group Manager, Transformation Program Manager, Organization Developer & HR Strategy Analyst or related position involving business and operational management and transformation in a global financial services institution.
- Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 4 years of experience must include:
Business management operating enterprise and communicating with senior committees;
Operational transformation and change management in a global organization;
Program management regulatory compliance;
Accounting and budget management;
Risk management;
Financial risk monitoring;
Developing communication strategies to internal employees. - At least 2 years of experience must include: OCC and FRB Consent Order monitoring;
Regulatory remediation exposure. - Up to 5% domestic travel required.
