Our licensed professionals specialize in the Association management of Townhomes, Condominiums, Single Family Homes and commercial condominiums in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties. Avid Property Management is a smaller local company that prides itself on excellent customer service. • Following the guidance of the Florida Statutes, work directly with each association’s board of directors overseeing all operational aspects of the community.
• Act as a liaison between homeowners, the board of directors, and Avid Property Management; strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

• Each applicant must hold a valid current LCAM license
• Portfolios are located in the Tampa Bay area
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to read, understand, and explain spreadsheets, budgets, and other financial statements
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi task
• Must be available outside of business hours for board meetings and other emergencies
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• Must have Florida Community Association Manager License
