Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of Accounts Payable operations within a high-volume, multi-currency environment.
• Oversee ERP system integrity (SAP), vendor master data accuracy, tax compliance, and reporting (Power BI).
• Lead continuous process improvements, KPI development, and workflow optimization across 40+ business units.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Operations on payables policies, internal controls, and efficiency initiatives.
• Manage AP integrations related to mergers, acquisitions, and system enhancements.
• Provide strategic leadership, training, and performance management for the AP team; set clear departmental goals and drive execution through others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience with direct leadership responsibility.
• Must have experience managing a team of at least five direct reports in a complex, multi-entity environment.
• Proven background working within large-scale organizations (multi‑billion‑dollar revenue) with established ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of SAP and other ERP platforms, reporting tools, and multi‑currency payables.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through others, influence cross‑functional teams, and achieve measurable results.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills; formal project management experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership profile with the ability to balance strategic oversight and hands‑on execution.
