Position: Operations Manager

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 annually + bonus opportunity

Essential Job Functions

Procurement

• Manage the Purchase-to-Pay process to ensure separation of duties and process integrity.
• Oversee spend management in alignment with Enterprise Sourcing strategy.
• Maintain vendor price lists in Service Titan and ensure pricing updates are approved by leadership.
• Place timely POs for large equipment orders to support business needs.

• Define/document SOPs for daily warehouse operations aligned with company standards.
• Implement Service Titan & Sage Intacct inventory/purchasing workflows for expansion.
• Monitor material usage vs. revenue and execute improvement plans to meet P&L targets.
• Manage truck stock and replenishment processes to eliminate out-of-stocks.
• Lead inventory processes, reporting, and variance control.
• Partner with branch management to ensure accurate parts database and purchasing visibility.

• Ensure technician compliance with vehicle maintenance standards.
• Maintain up-to-date vehicle documentation.
• Work with Fleet Manager to align with fleet policies and expansion plans.
• Oversee facility maintenance contracts and ensure lease compliance.
• Manage local contractor projects (build-outs, renovations, etc.).
• Support uniform and hand tool programs at the branch level.

• Maintain OSHA logs, reports, and ensure safety training compliance.
• Promote a culture of internal service excellence and safety awareness.

• Participate in cross-functional initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Business acumen and cross-functional collaboration ability
• Proven leadership and project management experience
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-through capabilities
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• 5+ years of operational and managerial experience with measurable results
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated success developing teams and optimizing systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Service Titan, and Sage Intacct required
