JCW is partnered with an exciting regional bank (~$60bn AUM) who are looking for a portfolio manager specific to SBA lending. This role is part of a growing 2
LOD who will oversee and manage credit risk's for their SBA portfolio. This position will act as a player coach, overseeing a small team of analysts in the indentifcation, assessment, and monitoring of credit performance and risk at the portfolio level.
Must Haves:
- In depth knowledge of SBA 7a.
- Hands on experience leading a team.
- Strong experience within portfolio management and credit risk.
- Ability to work closely with the front office to ensure correct underwriting processes.
- Proven abilities to review and manage credits at all stages of their lifecycle.
- Credit experience to range between $1-5m in SBA 7a.
