Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Warranty Manager located in Tampa, FL. The Warranty Manager will oversee warranty services, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues. Responsibilities include managing aftersales care, addressing customer queries, coordinating warranty repairs, and conducting customer training on home maintenance. The role requires ensuring that homes meet quality standards and representing the company in maintaining positive customer relationships.
Qualifications- Proficient in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to effectively address homeowner inquiries and concerns
- Experience in managing Warranty and Aftersales processes to handle repairs and resolve issues promptly
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for homeowners on proper home maintenance and care
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing a schedule and coordinating with contractors or technicians
- Familiarity with construction or homebuilding processes is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in customer service or construction management are advantageous
