• Work directly under a Senior Project Manager
• Project planning, scheduling, and coordination
• Safety and quality control management
• Accurate forecasting and budget management
• Change-order management
• Manage critical subcontractors
• Submittal and RFI management
• Equipment procurement
• Resolve problems involving labor disputes, material delivery, and contract administration
• Interface with other departments (Design, Purchasing, Fabrication) to maintain clear communication and proper flow of information

• 1–3 years of construction experience on commercial sites
• College graduate

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling/construction software (e.g., MS Project, Plan Grid, Bluebeam)
