** As Branch Manager for our Earth & Agriculture division, you’ll set the tone for the entire operation. You’ll lead from the floor, develop great people, and guide the branch toward strong financial performance—all while living out the Sammons standards and the values that make Briggs who we are. Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing people and building strong teams.

Solid financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and understanding income statements. A customer-focused mindset with strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
