Job Overview
Lead all community management business efforts in the Condo HOA unit, directly responsible for all property management teams, and drive profitable business growth.
Job DescriptionReporting to the President of Condo HOA, the Vice President will build and lead a customer‑focused service organization, develop a culture of performance and accountability, and work cross‑functionally with marketing, HR, and finance. The role requires strong leadership skills and extensive experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
Your Responsibilities- Provide senior leadership and strategic direction of the association management business to deliver long‑term, sustainable growth.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of Regional Directors and Community Association Managers to deliver a service culture and results‑based accountability.
- Form strong relationships with Boards of Directors at all assigned properties, supporting exceptional service and measurable client satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with Business Development Directors to plan and deliver long‑term, sustainable market growth through developers and existing communities.
- Ensure all ancillary services are understood and offered by Regional Directors at their respective properties.
- Own the annual business plan, driving financial performance to meet targeted objectives and initiatives committed in the plan.
- Attract, develop, and retain high performers; ensure HR and communication processes engage associates and manage a growing service organization.
- Actively promote and represent First Service Residential in the marketplace to build presence and reputation within the broader community and with industry professionals and vendors.
- Minimum of 7 years of senior‑management and executive leadership experience, preferably in residential property management, hospitality, commercial or facilities management, real‑estate services, or a related service‑based industry.
- Proven experience developing and managing high‑performing teams with at least 5–8 direct reports for 5 or more years.
- Demonstrated success in delivering client service across a multi‑location business, including associate training and team engagement.
- Track record in leading and delivering sales and business growth.
- Experience executing change‑management initiatives with a focus on service delivery and customer service.
- At least 5 years of P&L management and knowledge of drivers of profitable service delivery.
- Ability to create and execute a long‑term and annual business plan, including budgeting.
