General Manager – Downtown Tampa

Join JETSET Pilates® as the General Manager for our Downtown Tampa studio. Our General Managers are committed to growing and developing their teams while sharing the brand and workout with others. The General Manager is a strong leader who creates a positive studio culture and exemplifies the enthusiasm, professionalism, and expertise of an exceptional instructor.

• Work closely with leadership to manage day‑to‑day operations and implement company‑wide strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure delivery of positive customer service and a fitness experience consistent with JETSET Pilates service standards.
• Run reports and analyze key performance indicators—including sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and exceed studio‑specific goals.
• Respond to client inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and positively; build relationships with the local health, fitness, and wellness communities and potential corporate partners.
• Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules; manage inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages.
• Plan and host team meetings and social events.
• Oversee hiring of instructors and studio leads and support their career growth; drive studio performance on metrics such as number of classes, utilization, first visits, and memberships.
