Terrelonge Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Glass Project Manager for one of our esteemed glazing clients. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic leader capable of steering commercial glass manufacturing projects to success. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing sector, particularly in commercial glass and construction processes, paired with a robust background in project management.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Initiation:
  • Lead the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Craft detailed project plans, establish timelines, and set budgets to ensure smooth project execution.
• Client Interaction:
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining open lines of communication about project progress and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular updates and proactive management of expectations.
• Inspire and manage project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance.
• Mentor team members, providing direction and support to achieve project objectives.
• Resource Management:
  • Strategically allocate project resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage project finances, closely monitoring budgets and timelines to meet financial targets.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Uphold the highest quality standards through the implementation of rigorous quality control processes.
  • Oversee inspections and ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards and client specifications.
• Identify potential project risks and devise effective mitigation strategies.
• Tackle challenges head-on to prevent delays and keep the project on course.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all project activities.
  • Produce regular reports detailing project status, milestones, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in project management within the manufacturing sector, with a preference for those with a background in glass manufacturing or similar fields.
• Deep knowledge of commercial construction processes and project management best practices.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
