Job Description

• Ensure all areas (interior and exterior) are clean, safe, and presentable.
• Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance issues promptly.

• Perform or coordinate preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Lead, schedule, and supervise maintenance or custodial team members.
• Communicate clearly with staff and management about facility needs or concerns.
• Schedule and oversee vendors or contractors for repairs, inspections, and services.
• Ensure quality and cost‑effective work is performed.

• Maintain compliance with safety codes and regulations (e.g., OSHA, fire codes).
• Ensure safety equipment (alarms, extinguishers, signage) is functional and up to date.

• Maintain stock of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Track usage and request orders before running out.

• Prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance work.

• Be available for facility‑related emergencies.
• Quickly respond to urgent repairs or unsafe conditions.
• Help control costs related to repairs and supplies.
• Suggest cost‑effective solutions and improvements.

• Represent the company well through professional behavior, appearance, and communication.
• Set an example for others through accountability and reliability.
