Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician – Class A (350 Units)
Location: Bradenton, FL

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of a 350-unit apartment community in Keller, TX. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands‑on leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a team. You must have strong HVAC and CPO certifications, a passion for providing excellent service, and the ability to handle on‑call duties every 3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the property
• Perform routine HVAC repairs and maintenance
• Manage and lead maintenance staff to ensure high-quality work
• Handle emergency on‑call maintenance requests (on‑call rotation every 3 weeks)
• Ensure property cleanliness and functionality for residents
• Assist with budget management and inventory control
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize and resolve issues

Required Qualifications:

• HVAC certification required
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification required
• 3+ years of experience in apartment maintenance, with leadership experience
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Must be available for on‑call rotation every 3 weeks
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
