The Cleaner will work under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor
388 and perform a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services. Such duties shall be in accordanceulet and instructions and procedures of C&W Services.

• Sweep, klein, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Use light and heavy (commercial type) floor buffers and shampoo machines including attachments.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas. Spot clean daily and shampoo rugs when directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, anon light fixtures, and all other horizontal surfaces including periodic high dusting.
• Wash windowsills; glass in interior doors, partitions, and specified windows.
• Wash glass and trim at entrance doors, interior/exterior—wash/spot clean interior walls as appropriate daily.
• Clean bathrooms and restock paper supplies daily. Standard bathroom procedures include damp wiping glass surfaces, emptying waste baskets, servicing soap and toilet paper dispensers, dusting sills, cleaning tile walls, shelves, stall partitions, and sweeping/mopping/scrubbing floors.
• Monitor possible defects such as clogged urinals and lights out, and report to supervisors.
• Collect building trash daily, place it in approved container, and transport to designated collection area for removal.
• Replace liners in waste baskets and trash containers per specifications.
• Sweep or shovel snow from steps and walkways at building entrances and connecting walkways/sidewalks as directed.
• Perform periodic work: high dusting, leather and wood surface polishing, wall washing.
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Use a portable backpack‑style vacuum cleaner.

Compensation will be between $14.00 and $15.60 per hour. The exact pay will depend on factors such as the applicable collective bargaining agreement, geographic area, market pay rates, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
