Cabin Cleaning Lead – ISS Facility Services – North America

Hourly Wage: $16.50 per hour

Work Hours: Monday – Friday + Weekends 8:30 pm – 4:00 am

The Lead Cleaner oversees daily cleaning tasks of the janitorial team, ensuring offices, commercial and institutional spaces remain clean and orderly. The role collaborates with employees, clients, and all organizational levels, following verbal and written instructions and communicating effectively.

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Solve minor cleaning issues
• Direct special cleaning projects
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures and chemicals
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
• Take direction and respond to supervision
• Communicate professionally with team, co‑workers, managers, and customers
• Fill in during staff shortages
• Support Cleaning Manager in completing punch‑list items
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand reporting systems and the environment

• 2+ years in commercial janitorial
• Safety‑focused, complies with all rules
• Team player, thrives in fast‑paced quality environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Direct special cleaning projects
• Support and train new cleaners
• Stock and inventory supply closets
• Vacuum, edge, dust
• Clean and stock restrooms and break rooms
• Window cleaning
• Empty trash and transport to disposal area
• Sweep and mop floors
• Assist Cleaning Manager with daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
